Applying for an Ingram Micro Account

All new account applicants must go through a formal application process to ensure they meet the requirements for becoming an Ingram Micro reseller partner.

Access to the credit application is via imau.eapps.com.au

Before you start your online application, please ensure you have the following documents ready for submission/uploading:

  • Must provide Photo copy of director’s driver license, preferable coloured (Front & Back)
  • If business is managed by 2 or more directors we require at least 2 directors to signed the form
  • Copy of Business Registration Certificate (extracted from ASIC website not acceptable)
  • A Letter (in Company’s letter head) from Director / Re-seller with signature requesting to open an account
  • 3 trade references
  • If trading as Trustee company, you must put the Corporate Trustee Name and ABN# / ACN# (must provide copy of “Record of Registration for the Business Name)”
  • If you have been with trading Ingram Micro in other countries, please include it as one of your trade reference
  • If the business is trading in residential area, you need to provide 2 quarterly utility bills under applicant name
  • Fore prepayment accounts, If ID’s cannot be provided, we will create a prepayment account without access to credit card payments

Notes

  • Applying for credit account – business must be trading for at least 12 months, below 12 months we recommend to open prepayment account.
  • If applying via imau.eapps.com.au/ in Step 7 of 13 – Directors mobile numbers are mandatory for the DocuSign signature agreeing to Ingram Micro Trading Terms. All other directors details are required for verification.
  • We cannot process unsigned application form.
